Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the most loved and valued organisations in Oxford? Have you got the insight and the vision to take Donnington Doorstep forward into the future and to make sure our brand resonates for a generation? Donnington Doorstep is cherished by families in Oxford as a family centre delivering universal and specialist services. Our Pre-School is rated 'Good' by OFSTED. We need a Business Development Project Manager to raise the profile of Doorstep, to build our brand and especially to promote our Pre-School.

As Business Development Project Manager you will be marketing our services, focusing initially on establishing the needs of families with pre-school children and promoting Pre-School. You will also support the business functions of Pre-School, working in close collaboration with the Pre-School manager, building stakeholder relationships with parents and looking for opportunities.

This is a contract for one year, working for 2 days a week, looking at business needs and getting us in great shape for the future. You will join the management team and be part of making a difference.

We are looking for a clear headed business manager with the ability to understand needs and seize opportunities, to embrace our values of equality, empathy and empowerment, and to ensure our brand endures and flourishes with families.

If you would like to have an informal conversation about the role, please contact Diane our Director on email diane.long@donnington-doorstep.org.uk or call 01865 727721.

The closing date for applications is Monday 3 June 2019 at midday.

There is always laughter, happiness and mischief, there are things you would not expect, there are opportunities, there is grown up conversation, there are people to hold your little ones whilst you play with your older ones, there is mess and buttering, learning and exploring, riding and reading.
