Big Give Christmas Challenge 

1st - 8th December 2026

Donnington Doorstep is taking part in our first Big Give Christmas Challenge to raise funds to upgrade our library, expand our SEND-friendly play spaces and equipment, and open our doors to more people each week. Thanks to match funding from our pledge donors and The Reed Educational Trust Limited, all donations made to this campaign, up to £5,000, will be doubled from 1st - 8th December. That means a donation of £10 will become £20, at no extra cost to you.

This is your chance to double your donation so that your support of Donnington Doorstep goes twice as far. You can help us transform our library into a space that encourages shared reading, a place where all can enjoy a quiet break, including children with SEND, and a place where we can offer dedicated sessions for SEND families.

As part of this campaign, you are welcome to attend a fundraising open day at the centre on Saturday, 5th December from 11am – 3pm.
