Who's Who

At Donnington Doorstep we keep our doors open thanks to the hard work, enthusiasm and creativity of our staff and volunteers. In keeping with our family-friendly ethos, most of our staff work part-time to fit around their other commitments and are flexible to ensure support is always on hand at Doorstep. In our offices:

Natalie Allen (Early Years and Family Support Manager) and Naomi Dulson (Finance and Admin Manager) are co-directing the organisation, looking after the smooth running of our services and and keeping the building in action, along with Rhian - our fundraising and centre administrator.

Working with Families and Young People

Natalie oversees all our sessions (Family Drop In, after School Club and Youth Club) alongside a fantastic team of talented Play Assistants and Youth Workers; Hannah, Trikki and Taja and our wonderful volunteers.

And across the organisation we benefit from a wonderful group of volunteers and our Board of Trustees

There is always laughter, happiness and mischief, there are things you would not expect, there are opportunities, there is grown up conversation, there are people to hold your little ones whilst you play with your older ones, there is mess and buttering, learning and exploring, riding and reading.
