At Donnington Doorstep we keep our doors open thanks to the hard work, enthusiasm and creativity of our staff and volunteers. In keeping with our family-friendly ethos, most of our staff work part-time to fit around their other commitments and are flexible to ensure support is always on hand at Doorstep. Audrey Irons is our Charity Director, always on the look-out for new partnerships and funding opportunities and Naomi Dulson is our Finance and Admin Manager, looking after the smooth running of the organisation and keeping the building in action.
Our Universal Services working with Families and Young People
Natalie Allen is our Early Years and Family Support Manager overseeing our Family Play sessions alongside a fantastic team of talented Play Assistants including Hannah, Trikki, Taja and Farhat (who is our Family Support and Outreach Worker). Our Youth Club sessions are managed by our brilliant Youth Club Manager, Ansa Khan, and our youth work team Casey, Taja and Trikki.
